M&T Bank LEAF Account Executive in Moberly, Missouri

Overview:

Independently responsible for the solicitation and development of new leasing business through effective personal relationships with prospective dealers and lessees (“clients”), to achieve planned objectives as to sales volume, market penetration and profitability.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Holds individual accountability for specific sales tasks assigned by the management.

• Pro-actively calls on prospective clients to market leasing products and services, to develop new leasing business.

• Utilizes strong telephone skills to articulate the benefits of leasing through LEAF Dealer Solutions.

• Displays the consultation skills necessary to successfully represent and sell the Company’s financial products and services to existing clients and prospects.

• With creative ability, discerns client expectations and determines the best product to meet the client’s needs.

• Provides new and existing clients with product information including rates, contract terms, documentation requirements and other pertinent account details.

• Schedules and coordinates lease-financing arrangement with speed and accuracy to provide the client with the best delivery available.

• Maintains a continuing relationship with existing clients to retain their goodwill and develop additional business by following-up with them to ensure satisfaction with all agreements reached during the sales approach.

• Develops a referral network to assist in increasing the client base.

• Projects a positive image in representing the Company to its clients and the community.

• Conducts all business transactions in a manner that upholds the high ethical standards of the Company.

• Prepares for and attends any and all department meetings, team meetings and training sessions deemed necessary by the management.

• Maintains professionalism and stays abreast of new developments through sales meetings, publications, seminars and in-house sales training.

• Keeps advised on company policies, procedures and objectives, clarifying them with the Sales Manager when and if questions arise, and is always prepared to accurately communicate these policies to clients.

• Maintains all records pertinent to daily production including weekly and monthly results against expected performance.

• Maintains and updates contacts

• Performs other related duties as required or assigned, some of which may be essential to the position.

Education and Experience Required:

High School diploma. College Degree preferred, but not required. Minimum of one to three years of related experience (preferably within the small-ticket leasing industry).

M&T Bank is committed to fair, competitive, and market-informed pay for our employees. The pay range for this position is $24.76 - $41.27 Hourly (USD). The successful candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, and experience will inform their specific compensation.
