M&T Bank Fund Administrator II (Hybrid) in Wilmington, Delaware
Overview:
Working with Fund Administration management and team, prepares, reviews and validates fund performance, custom reports, vendor oversight reports, NAV (Net Asset Value) analysis and other fund administration-related services.
Primary Responsibilities:
Report to management for all projects and initiatives, such as procedure enhancements and technology implementations; provide assistance with team operational projects.
Prepare, review and validate fund performance, custom reports, vendor oversight reports, NAV analysis and other fund administration-related services.
Implement controls and policies related to fund performance, custom reports, vendor oversight reports, NAV analysis and other fund administration related services.
Assist in implementing improvement opportunities.
Understand and adhere to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company’s Risk Appetite. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.
Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the M&T Bank brand.
Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.
Complete other related duties as assigned.
Scope of Responsibilities:
Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years’ related work experience in Collective Fund, Mutual Fund Administration or other Financial Services role, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 6 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 2 years’ related work experience in Collective Fund, Mutual Fund Administration or other Financial Services role
Experience communicating with various levels of the organization
Education and Experience Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or similar field
Minimum of 5 years’ related work experience in Collective Fund, Mutual Fund Administration or other Financial Services role
Experience in fund administration processes
M&T Bank is committed to fair, competitive, and market-informed pay for our employees. The pay range for this position is $66,979.45 - $111,632.42 Annual (USD). The successful candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, and experience will inform their specific compensation.
