JOB TITLE: Software Engineer II

LOCATION: 301 West 11th Street, Wilmington, DE 19801

DUTIES: Design and develop web-based applications on the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, AngularJS, UI, HTML, and CSS; use SQL to for data interactions including data creation, updates, retrieval and deletion; work with SOAP web services and Rest APIs; use Scrum, Jira, Confluence, and Agile methodologies; develop and maintain the Treasury Management (TM) Service platform that supports Commercial and Business Banking customers; design and specify information systems solutions and technical direction in the development of new or existing applications; serve as principal application designer for major modifications using analytical and technical skills and available technology to evaluate client requirements and processes and provide software and information system solutions; complete day-to-day support activities and special projects as assigned; conduct technical analysis on and develop custom code for ServiceNow applications and modules; develop ServiceNow design documentation; perform ServiceNow application configuration; develop and modify ServiceNow workflows, forms, lists, business rules, UI components, web services, tables, and menus; and code and configure interfaces between ServiceNow and other systems.

REQUIREMENTS: Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, and five (5) years of experience developing software using JavaScript, AngularJS, UI, HTML, and CSS; developing applications on the ServiceNow platform; and one (1) year of experience using SQL or data interactions including data creation, updates, retrieval and deletion; working with SOAP web services and Rest APIs; and using Scrum, Jira, Confluence, and Agile methodologies.
